Callebaut's gold chocolate pebbles have a unique taste, both intense and balanced, with rich notes of caramel, butter, cream and a hint of salt. These gold tinted pebbles have a beautiful intense caramel and pale amber color.
They are made from the most delicate of Belgian chocolates and are ideal for making chocolates, bavarois, ganaches and other sweets. You can of course also melt the pebbles and nicely cover your cupcakes and cookies with chocolate.
Ingredients: cocoa butter, sugar, milk powder, lactose ( milk ), whey powder ( milk ), milk skimmed powder, sugar, emulsifier (E322) ( soya ), natural vanilla flavor. The allergens are indicated in bold type .
If they are subject to thermal variations, the pebbles are likely to melt during transport. You will still be able to use them, but their original form may change. Follow the instructions for using the pebbles on the packaging.
Storage: 12-20°C, in an odorless place away from light.
