The preparation time for an order is 24 hours maximum.

With Colissimo, delivery times vary between 1 (Ile de France) to 3 days.

Deadlines are not guaranteed.

With Chronopost, delivery times are 24 hours (order preparation included). In the event of non-delivery on time, except absence or other reason not attributable to Chronopost, Patissland undertakes to reimburse you for the shipping costs. Orders must be placed before 12 noon.

Metropolitan France & Europe (excluding the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway).

Delivery costs are partially covered by Patissland, in particular due to the increase in shipping costs.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays in France.

Deliveries are made by our carriers from Monday to Saturday.

In the event of difficulties relating to the processing of your order, you will receive a notification shortly after the observation of the problem identified.

You will receive a notification email (check spam) as soon as your reservation is ready to be collected from the warehouse. However, if your need is urgent, go directly to our warehouse during opening hours (available on Google). Once there, please ring the bell and wait outside, a member of the team will deliver your order to you. presentation of your identity document.

You have a maximum period of 10 days to collect your order, after this period, your products will be returned to stock and your order canceled and then refunded.

Access to the warehouse is strictly prohibited to the public.

You placed your order at Patissland and you received the wrong item? We are sincerely sorry and apologize.

Go to our site, log in to your account, click on the relevant order number, then generate a prepaid return label.

Return the item for a refund, then order the item again. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exchanges.

You can return the products of your online order free of charge within 14 days of receipt of your order, without having to justify yourself. Please note that you will not pay shipping costs for the return of your order unless you use another carrier than the one we offer free of charge by following the instructions below.

You must have created an Account on the Patissland.fr website. Then connect to your Account. Under the "Order History" Section, click on your Order number. At the bottom of the page, under the "Colissimo Returns" Section, click on "Generate my return label". You have received a prepaid return label by e-mail. The products must be in perfect condition for sale, unused. Place them with the delivery note (so that we can identify you) in the package. Close your package and carefully stick your return label. Drop off your package at a drop-off point (you will receive the instructions in the email containing the return label). No return made with another carrier will be supported. Once we have processed the return, we will process the refund. It may take up to 14 days to refund to your payment method.
