Modeling Tool - Blade and Shell

This versatile modeling tool is designed for use with a variety of materials, whether edible or not. It is particularly suitable for working with sugar paste (fondant), flower gum paste, marzipan and more.

It is ideal for adding simple but effective details to enhance your creations, whether to decorate cakes, flowers or models. It also makes it easy to create raised patterns and borders, as well as animal paws from marzipan.

You can use the end of the blade to cut and trim the dough as needed. For best results, we recommend using it with a foam pad .
