The preparation time for an order is 24 hours Maximum

With GLS and Colissimo, delivery times vary between 1 (Ile de France) to 3 days.

Delivery times are not guaranteed. 

With GLS Express, delivery times are 24 hours (order preparation included). Orders must be placed before 12 p.m. Deliveries Monday to Friday.

Metropolitan France & Europe

Delivery costs are partially covered by Patissland, due to the increase in carrier rates.

Orders are only shipped during business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France.

Deliveries are carried out by our carriers from Monday to Friday.

In the event of difficulties relating to the processing of your order, you will receive a notification shortly after noticing the problem identified.

You will receive a notification email (check spam) as soon as your reservation is ready to be collected from the warehouse. However, if your need is urgent, go directly to our warehouse during opening hours (available on Google). Once there, please ring the bell and wait outside, a member of the team will give you your order on presentation of your identity document.

You have a maximum period of 10 days to collect your order, after this period, your products will be put back in stock and your order canceled then refunded.

If you wish to return a product purchased on our site, please note the following conditions:

  1. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Products returned after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition for resale and with all original labels and accessories. Damaged or used products will not be accepted.
  4. The refund will be made upon receipt of the product in our warehouses and after verification of its condition. The refund will be made to the same payment method used during the purchase.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions mentioned above.
