🥣 Preparation Tip:

Mix 500g of mix, 150g of butter, 175ml of water and 1 egg (50g) for 3-4 minutes until you obtain a smooth dough.

Mix separately 200g of pearl sugar with 20g of lightly melted butter.

Incorporate the sugar-butter mixture into the dough for 30 seconds.

Heat the waffle mold and grease it.

Form 70g balls of dough (approximately 15 balls).

Cooking: 3-4 minutes until nicely browned.
