Brighten up your culinary creations with this high quality Royal Icing. With its extra-white formulation that lasts over time, this icing is ideal for decorating and adding a final touch to your pastries.

Versatile preparation This Royal Icing is a powder preparation that allows you to obtain different consistencies for decorating by adjusting the quantity of liquid (water, juice, syrup, flavoring, etc.) used. Simply whisk 100g of product with an electric mixer to obtain a consistency:

  • fluid: ideal for covering cakes, biscuits and cupcakes, for making “embroidery” decorations or for writing, using 25g of cold water.
  • medium: perfect for making decorations with a piping bag such as borders and garlands, using 20g of cold water.
  • strong: used to create flowers and 3D characters, with 15g of cold water.

Quality ingredients Royal Icing is composed of sugar, modified starch, powdered egg white, salt, thickener: acacia gum, maltodextrins, acidifier: citric acid, and aromas. It may contain traces of milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, celery, sesame, sulfur dioxide and nuts.

Nutritional information For 100g of product, you obtain an energy value of 1690 Kj - 398 Kcal, 0g of lipids including 0g of saturated fatty acids, 99g of carbohydrates including 97g of sugars, 0.7g of proteins , 0.246g of salt and 0g of fiber.

Storage To store your Royal Icing, keep it in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat sources. Once opened, the product should be kept tightly closed until the indicated expiry date.

Usage Use an electric mixer to whip 100g of product and obtain the desired consistency:

  • Strong: to create flowers and 3D characters, use 15g of cold water.
  • Medium: to decorate borders and garlands with a piping bag, and to cover cakes and cupcakes, use 20g of cold water.
  • Gentle: for an "embroidery" effect or for writing, use 25g of cold water.
