Make sublime decorations on your cakes by adding touches of light color, in the form of precious stones, windows, mosaics... This isomalt can be heated without losing its softness or changing color.
Preparation: Melt in the microwave (approx. 700 W in a heatproof bowl) or in a saucepan up to 170°C. Stir the isomalt every 20 to 30 seconds until it has completely melted. Place the bowl/pan in a dish filled with a small amount of cold water for about 10 seconds. Once tempered in this way, you can color it and use it as you wish. WARNING ! : Molten isomalt is very hot!
Ingredient: isomalt (100%).
