The marriage between a spicy carrot cake and a cream cheese frosting is simply delicious! With this Special Edition FunCakes Mix you can easily make your own delicious carrot cake. Serve the cake on a cold day, to enjoy with a cup of coffee, or at tea time.
This Special Edition of FunCakes mixes offers a wide range of new baking preparations, to be used according to the seasons.
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C for a convection oven). All ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix 500 g of mix with 80 ml of water, 3 eggs (150 g), 150 ml (140 g) of vegetable oil and 150 g of grated carrot. Add chopped walnuts (25 g) and/or raisins to flavor. Mix everything for 5 minutes, then pour the batter into an 8-inch/20 cm square or 9-inch/22 cm round mold, previously buttered and lined. Bake the biscuits in the middle of the oven for approx. 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
Also suitable for making cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for about 25 minutes.
Ingredients: sugar, flour wheat , whey powder ( milk ), potato starch, baking powder: E450, E500, herbs and spices (cinnamon), wheat , salt, emulsifier: E481 (palm), thickener: E415, aroma. The allergens are indicated in bold type . May contain traces of: egg , soy and lupine . Halal certified.
