  • 1 to 2 teaspoons for 500 ml.
• Cakes :
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons for a standard cake (approximately 500 g of dough).
• Biscuits :
  • 1 to 3 teaspoons per standard preparation.
• Glazes :
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons for 750 g of icing.
• Cocktails, teas, soft drinks and lemonades:
  • ½ teaspoon per 250 ml glass.
