Originating from the heart of the Ecuadorian Amazon, this 75% dark chocolate is made from the Sacha variety, a rare fine aroma cocoa. It captivates with its cocoa strength, its woody notes, toasted and dried fruit hints like almond. A coating that is both powerful and balanced, perfect for bold creations.
