The Chocolart Rose coloring from Pavoni is a ready-to-use coloring based on cocoa butter, tinted with colorants E170 (calcium carbonate) and E122. It allows you to easily create bright pink chocolate creations that are uniform and perfectly colored, directly after melting and tempering.

Usable in molding, brush decoration or airbrush spraying, it ensures a homogeneous application for all chocolate or fat-based preparations. Its deep pink color is perfect for floral, romantic, or festive themes.

Instructions for use:

1. Melt the product (without exceeding 45 °C)

2. Temper to 28 °C

3. Apply with brush, with an airbrush or directly in the mold

4. Close the container properly after use

5. Store in a dry place, cool (20–25 °C), protected from air and light
