Instruction for use: 
Press ON/OFF to turn it on. The thermometer will perform a self-test and display the normal screen. Press °C/°F to change measurement system. Insert the probe 2.5cm into the food. 
Precautions: 
Keep the thermometer head away from sources of heat or cold. The probe is sensitive. Do not wash with aggressive products. Do not put in the microwave, oven or dishwasher. Clean with a soft, damp cloth before first use.
