How to use this preparation :
- To make flavored meringues and pavlova: Whisk 300g of the mixture with 90g of hot water for about 10 minutes until the mixture is firm. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and form small clumps on a sheet of baking paper. Bake for approximately 2 hours in an oven preheated to 60-80°C. (*Approximately 80 meringues with a diameter of 2.5 cm).
- Perfect for covering and decorating desserts: whisk 300g of mixture with 90g of hot water until you obtain the desired consistency. You will be able to create decorations with a solid structure but soft in taste.
- Ideal for stabilizing buttercream: use your usual recipe and add 30g of mixture to 500g of butter. You will get perfect buttercream!
Ingredients : sugar, milk proteins, maltodextrin, salt, flavors, acidity regulator: citric acid. It may contain eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, sesame, sulfur dioxide and their derivatives.
