Recipe idea - Traditional mini cannelés
Ingredients:
- 500 ml of milk
- 50 g butter
- 2 eggs + 2 yolks
- 100 g flour
- 200 g of sucre
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 1 vanilla pod
Preparation:
- Boil the milk with the vanilla and the butter.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar, add the flour.
- Gradually incorporate the hot milk.
- Add the rum, let it rest for 12 hours in the fridge.
- Pour into the mold and bake at 220°C for 10 min, then at 180°C for 45 min.
