Description :
Cocoa butter spray, ideal for mousses, desserts and frozen products in general. This spray creates a golden velvet effect perfect for enhancing frozen desserts.

Instructions d'utilisation :

  • Use the spray at a temperature strictly below 35°C (95°F) and maintain a temperature of minimum 25°C (77°F).
  • Shake well before and during use.
  • Spray a thin, homogeneous layer evenly with light pressure, keeping a distance of approximately 50 cm from the frozen surface.
  • Keep the spray as vertical as possible and always clean the nozzle after use.
  • Avoid over-application.
  • Leave to dry, and if necessary, repeat the operation.
  • The recommended rest time before consumption is 1 hour.

Cocoa butter, propellant gases: butane (E943a), propane (E944), isobutane (E943b), food colors (E172). May contain traces of milk and nuts.
