Product Description :
Cocoa butter spray, perfect for mousses, desserts and frozen products in general. This spray creates a high quality red velvet effect on frozen surfaces.
- The can must be used at a temperature strictly below 35°C and maintained at a temperature not lower than 25°C.
- Shake well before and during use.
- Spray evenly with small pressures a thin and homogeneous layer, keeping a distance of approximately 50 cm from the frozen surface.
- Keep the spray as vertical as possible and always clean the nozzle after use.
- Avoid excessive use. Allow to dry and repeat the operation if necessary.
- Allow treated foods to rest for at least 1 hour before consuming them.
