When replacing these flavors with extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon per 1 teaspoon of extract. These flavors do not diminish when exposed to high heat.
These flavors are suitable for sugar paste as well as almond paste. Due to the high concentration, the structure of the fondant will not change when these flavors are added. Also suitable for chocolate, candies, cakes, cookies, brownies and much more.
