Pectin 325 NH 95 from Sosa Ingredients is an amidated pectin with low methoxyl content (LMA), ideal for professionals. Specially designed for fruit-based jams and fillings, this pectin guarantees rapid gelling, strong textures and an optimal final effect within 24 hours.

Manual
