Dr. Oetker Cooking Tips:
- To melt quickly: Immerse the bag in a container of hot water until the chocolate is melted. Cut a corner of the bag to use as a piping bag.
- In a bain-marie: Place the nuggets in a heat-resistant bowl over a pan of hot (not boiling) water. Stir until smooth. Be careful not to leave any water in the chocolate.
- In the microwave: Remove the nuggets from the packaging, place them in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on medium power (50%) for 1 minute. Stir well, then heat in 10 second intervals if necessary. Caution: do not overheat.
