✅ The recommended dosage is toadd 20 grams of gelatin per liter of productto obtain the ideal thickening. If you want a firmer mixture, add 40 grams.
✅ Preparation is simple: dissolve the required amount of powdered gelatin in the liquid, heat up to 40°C, stirring until the gelatin dissolves. Make sure not to overcook the mixture. Then let it cool and place the mixture in the refrigerator.
