Description :
Cocoa butter spray, ideal for mousses, desserts and frozen products in general. This spray creates a golden velvet effect perfect for enhancing frozen desserts.
Instructions d'utilisation :
- Use the spray at a temperature strictly below 35°C (95°F) and maintain a temperature of minimum 25°C (77°F).
- Shake well before and during use.
- Spray a thin, homogeneous layer evenly with light pressure, keeping a distance of approximately 50 cm from the frozen surface.
- Keep the spray as vertical as possible and always clean the nozzle after use.
- Avoid over-application.
- Leave to dry, and if necessary, repeat the operation.
- The recommended rest time before consumption is 1 hour.
