The silver metallic spray from Silikomart is a food spray specially designed for decorating frozen preparations such as mousses, desserts, and other frozen desserts. This cocoa butter-based spray is perfect for adding an elegant metallic finish to your creations. It is also used on products such as sugar paste, chocolate, modeling clay and even biscuits.
Manual :
- Shake well before and during use.
- Spray approximately 25-30 cm from the frozen or cooled surface.
- Apply a thin, even layer using small, even pressures.
- After use, turn the spray upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean the tip.
- Wait 4 hours before serving.
