Saracino Concentrated Food Flavoring Pastes are versatile and suitable for a range of different uses. They have been created with heat stability in mind, making them ideal for baked applications. Flavoring pastes can also be used as is, poured over ice cream, cakes, yogurt or other sweet treats, or used as a jam in baked sponge cakes for exceptional flavor. Store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
The aroma of Wild Fruits / Fruits of the Forest offers an intense and fruity flavor, containing a blend of blueberries, blackberries and redcurrants, as well as hibiscus and carrot extracts. The recommended dosage is 100 to 120 grams of paste per liter of base mix, or 35 to 50 grams per liter as a fruit reinforcement. The dough can be mixed with the other ingredients for about a minute for even distribution.
Ingredients include sugar, fruit juice and pulp, glucose syrup, hibiscus and carrot, citric acid, pectin, natural flavors and colors. This product may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soy, milk and tree nuts. It does not contain any GMO ingredients.
