Saracino's concentrated food flavoring pastes are versatile products, offering a wide variety of uses and applications. They have been specially designed to withstand heat, making them ideal for cooked applications, but they can also be used as is to add a touch of flavor to ice cream, cakes, yogurt or other sweet treats, or even as jam to garnish cooked sponge cakes.
The Vanilla flavor is particularly popular and can be used in many sweet preparations. The recommended dosage is 40/50 grams of flavoring paste for 1 liter of base mixture, depending on use. For example, for a mousse, it is recommended to use 40 grams of flavoring paste per liter of crème fraîche, for a bavaroise, 40 grams per liter of milk, and for cakes, 50 grams per kg of product mixture. For ice cream, the recommended dosage is 40/50 grams of paste per kg of mixture.
Simply mix the flavoring paste with the other ingredients for about a minute for perfect incorporation of flavors. The ingredients are premium, including sucrose syrup, dextrose, flavors, vanilla berries (0.5%), thickener carrageenan (E407) and colors like beta-carotene (E160a) and riboflavin (E101).
Flavoring pastes do not contain any GMO ingredients, but may contain traces of eggs, soy, milk and peanuts, as well as nuts such as almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts. It is recommended to store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
